“永科祥”牌鉻合金鑄球生產工藝及流程已全部實現生產線自動化生產和控制，。現擁有鐵模覆砂大球生產線（1條）、（迪沙）微球生產線（1條）、消失模耐磨鑄件生產線（1條）、熱處理油淬生產線等先進的工藝裝備（1臺），并擁有德國進口的鑄造直讀光譜儀（1臺）、沖擊試驗機、洛氏硬度計、金相分析儀等檢測設備。
產品生產工藝及流程：原材料進廠——檢驗定級——車間備料——電爐熔煉——爐前化驗——電爐升溫調制——恒溫包澆注成型
——爐后化驗——打磨拋光——半成品自檢——淬火處理（油淬）——回火處理——產品抽驗（硬度檢測、落球檢測、沖擊檢測、金相檢測）——產品包裝入庫。

It also possesses testing equipment such as 1 German-imported casting direct-reading spectrometer, impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, and metallographic analyzer.Product Production Process and Flow:
Raw material incoming → Inspection and grading → Workshop material preparation → Electric furnace smelting → Pre-furnace testing → Electric furnace heating and conditioning → Constant temperature ladle casting forming → Post-furnace testing → Grinding and polishing → Semi-finished product self-inspection → Quenching treatment (oil quenching) → Tempering treatment → Product sampling inspection (hardness testing, drop ball testing, impact testing, metallographic testing) → Product packaging and warehousing.
